Dealing with Integration, volume II

av Iain Cameron, Alessandro Simoni
Bokpresentation As was the case for its predecessor published in 1996, the present volume contains essays produced during a series of seminars on legal aspects of European integration held at the Faculty of Law of Uppsala University. The seminars on which the essays are based took place in the period between September 1996 and January 1998. The essays take up a wide variety of different issues, from analyses of a methodological or otherwise ”macro” character, such as the nature of EC law from a jurisprudential perspective, to detailed treatments of specific problems, such as the impact of EC law and the European Convention on Human Rights on Swedish judicial culture and the influence of EC law on national choice of law rules concerning competition law. The essays are thus of interest to both academics interested in the law of European integration and practitioners concerned with specific problems of EC law at the national level.
