India Dreams focuses on the generation that epitomizes Indias’s entry in the global market. Based on fieldwork in Delhi among young “middle class” men who construct their role in society by promoting themselves as brokers in the ongoing exchanges between India and the outer world, it is an exploration into the realm of cultural identity.
