How are deep bites best rehabilitated? How should dentitions with extensive wear be treated to minimize the risk of failure? How "over drilled" can a dentition be, and one may still dare to make a tooth supported restoration? The answers to these questions are not found in clinical studies. Instead, we have to rely on the presentation of clinical cases and on well-tried experience. The authors are specialists in prosthodontics and have alson published a number of scientific papers.
