Law of the European Union is at the forefront of developments in this dynamic area of law. It includes a detailed exploration and explanation of the Unions constitutional, administrative and substantive law. At the outset there is an explanation of the legislative source of each area of Union law. This is complemented by extensive references to judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union, where the Court has interpreted and applied these legislative sources.  All chapters have been fully updated and revised for the eighth edition to reflect the law as at 31 January 2010.
